We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager Retail (80%-100%) to drive and expand our retail marketing efforts across European markets.
Role Overview:
As Marketing Manager Retail, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail-focused marketing strategies to maximize the visibility and sales of Cryptonow products in physical stores and online shops. You will work closely with key retail partners, optimize POS marketing, and ensure Cryptonow's products are positioned effectively in the retail landscape and in online shops. This role requires a deep understanding of retail marketing dynamics, from in-store activations to digital retail strategies, ensuring consistent brand presence and sales growth across Europe.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and implement retail marketing strategies to enhance Cryptonow’s presence in physical and digital retail stores.
* Develop and execute POS marketing initiatives, ensuring effective in-store branding, product visibility, and promotional activities.
* Manage relationships with retail partners across Europe to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
* Optimize product placement and promotions within major retail chains, kiosks, and online shops.
* Oversee the creation and distribution of retail marketing materials (displays, flyers, digital assets, etc.).
* Analyze retail performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize sales impact.
* Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints, from packaging to in-store communication.
* Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of retail trends and drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with the sales team to support and enhance retail partnerships through targeted marketing initiatives.
* Enhance online shop positioning, ensuring Cryptonow products are effectively marketed and promoted through digital retail channels.
Your Profile:
* Proven experience (+4 years) in retail marketing, trade marketing, or POS marketing, ideally in the FMCG, fintech, or consumer electronics industry.
* Deep understanding of retail dynamics, including in-store activations, shopper behavior, and retail sales cycles.
* Experience in managing external retail partners and working with international retailers, kiosks, or online marketplaces.
* Hands-on mentality, with the ability to execute marketing campaigns directly with retail partners.
* Analytical mindset with a strong ability to track and measure retail marketing performance.
* Experience in e-commerce marketing and digital retail strategies is a strong plus.
* Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
* Interest in the crypto industry and enthusiasm for Cryptonow’s products.
