Client Service Management Specialist
Full time office role (100% in the office)
Zürich, Switzerland location
12 months fixed term contract
Responsibilities:
1. The role of Client Service Specialist is to help corporate clients in solving their transactional inquiries related to securities and custody services.
2. Ensure query resolution until completion within agreed service levels and to client satisfaction.
3. Coordinate between clients and internal stakeholders as well as external partners e.g., custodians.
4. Keep management systems up to date with client information.
5. Educate clients on account services and capabilities.
6. Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings.
7. Collect the necessary documentation for opening new accounts and service requests.
8. Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials.
9. Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities.
Skills and Experience:
1. Understanding of financial and securities services, preferably in settlements and securities transfers.
2. Experience in client servicing.
3. Knowledge of securities and global custody products.
