Within the renowned Hotel Regina, located in Wengen village of Switzerland's Jungfrau region, you will have a unique opportunity to join our culinary team as a Sous Chef. This dynamic position requires strong organizational skills and diplomacy, with a passion for cuisine and hospitality.
As a key member of the brigade, you will assist the Chef in managing kitchen teams, supervising the pace and quality of work, and implementing innovative ideas while maintaining HACCP and Relais & Châteaux standards. Your ability to multitask and maintain cleanliness and order in production areas is essential. You must also be able to analyze costs, manage purchases and stocks, and develop collaborators.
We are looking for an experienced individual with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Strong language skills in German, French, or English are required. If you are a motivated and eager team player with a sense of responsibility and customer service, we encourage you to apply.
