The IT team plays a crucial role in driving global transformation projects, especially focusing on engineering applications.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and communication strategies.
- Communicate project expectations clearly and promptly to team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit budget proposals, recommending adjustments as necessary.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Manage project dependencies and critical paths effectively.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Generate progress reports, proposals, requirement documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, anticipate potential crises, and develop contingency plans.
Profile
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Over 5 years of direct experience in project management, encompassing all aspects of process development and execution.
- Extensive experience with engineering software and related technologies.
- Proficiency in waterfall methodologies; experience with agile delivery methods is advantageous.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in German at a business level is preferred, and additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong intercultural and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
