We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (French and German Speaker) to join our team in our award-winning business based in Switzerland.This role will be based onsite in our office in Lucern, Switzerland .
This role sits within the busy and growing European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian (EMEAI) Customer Service Team, reporting to the Head of Customer Service/Senior Customer Service Representative. The main areas of responsibility include ensuring timely and efficient order management from receipt to dispatch, managing day to day enquiries from customers and France sales representatives regarding order flow management.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Responding to customer and sales rep enquiries regarding order and stock status updates in a timely manner, including prompt issuing of certificates of analysis, technical documents and shipping documentation and product back-order status updates.
2. Inputting orders for testing and kit delivery.
3. Liaising with other internal departments including logistics and admin to ensure timely order flow management.
4. Working with internal sales and invoicing systems.
5. Generating proforma invoices.
6. Assisting with customer complaints.
7. Creating new customer accounts - including issuing and receiving new application agreements, and liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure timely completion of customer supplier questionnaires.
8. Have knowledge of, and when necessary participate in order taking and processing.
9. Keeping up to date with new product launches and updates provided by marketing departments.
About you:
10. You are fluent in English and French. German fluency is also very beneficial for this role.
11. Experienced in providing excellent customer support in a busy and dynamic environment.
12. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
13. Motivated, with the ability to prioritise your workload.
14. Confident in the use of Microsoft Office systems.
15. Understanding of France import regulations and requirements is highly desired.
16. Previous experience or having an understanding in genomics or agriculture is advantageous.
