We're looking for a Recruiter to be based in our EMEA HQ in Stabio, Switzerland hiring for Brand across Sales, Marketing, Merch, Design, etc. - with a focus on junior talents and Campus management.
In the role you will create strong business partnerships with internal clients and will lead the full life cycle recruitment process for junior/middle level candidates, being responsible for developing multiple sourcing channels, including candidate pipelines, to attract the best active and passive candidates, while leveraging technology to ensure an effective and efficient process.
You will support VF's growth objectives by focusing on our internship program and campus management, acting as a point of reference for all things junior talent! You will deliver hands-on full-cycle recruitment while refrying our strategies and tactics to ensure VF Corp has the talent to meet current and future business needs.
You will achieve this by:
1. Partnering with hiring managers in our EMEA HQ, in different departments to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy
2. Take ownership of our junior talent programs, inspiring the whole TA team to bring our attraction, sourcing and selection forward while boosting out interns experience at VF Corp
3. Act as a point of contact for our broader HR team and hiring manager for the internship program
4. Steering the time and resources at your disposal effectively and keeping your business partners up to speed on a regular basis leveraging data
5. Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best active and passive talent
6. Conducting thorough behavioural based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical skills as well cultural add for the VF environment
7. Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
8. Monitoring and analysing KPI around our talent acquisition and candidate journey
How You Will Make a Difference
You should be an agency or in-house recruitment professional, with:
9. Ambition to work in an international environment
10. Experience in manage full cycle recruitment with a talent advisory mindset
11. Exceptional attention to details and strong communication skills
12. Strong understanding of campus and graduates’ world, experience in recruiting young talents is crucial
13. Proven ability to engage partners (universities, masters, placement offices…), & different audiences (students, interns, professors…) in 121 and one-to-many situations (presentations, events, webinars…)
