Our company, HomeTown Cash Offers, is a home buying business. We are looking for hungry professionals who want to join a fast-paced sales team and a growing company filled with competition. This is a fully remote position. The ISR is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our business.
The roles involve reaching out and qualifying inbound leads, accurately reporting inside our CRM, identifying potential issues in our sales process, and communicating these to the team leader. The ISR is responsible for meeting sales targets, generating revenue, and contributing to the overall goals and plans developed by the sales management team.
Responsibilities
* Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience.
* Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication.
* Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
* Experience using CRM software.
* Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills.
* 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role.
* 2+ years of real estate experience.
Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000

We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value and need some renovation, which is exactly what our buyers are seeking. We close fast, buy homes in 'As-Is' condition, and can buy an unlimited number of properties if they fit our criteria.
