Your Job
You know hospitality from A to Z but Antwerp and Zurich are far away? With your job on board, you'll not only visit the most beautiful cities in Europe – you'll make them your second home.
* Ensure compliance with ISM Safety Rules and Regulations, SOPs, company policy, and the interests of the Owner.
* Maintain passenger satisfaction through proper handling of their issues/situations.
* Daily settlement with restaurant stewards and barkeepers.
* Handle passenger cash payments, book invoices, and deliver receipts.
* Crew/passenger charges (phones, faxes, postcards, etc.) and wake-up calls.
* Safekeeping and logging of passengers' passports and cleanliness of the Front Desk and Back Office.
* Prepare Passenger Landing Forms as requested.
* Complete any other tasks/paperwork requested by Chief Purser and/or Crew Purser.
