About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Data Specialist to join our team at Nestlé Health Science. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management Veeva system and creating and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operation of the CRM Veeva system, including user management, data entry, and customization
* Evaluate and improve the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data through regular audits and cleansing processes
* Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on CRM functionalities and best practices
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the CRM system
* Create and maintain regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) using CRM data and PowerBI
* Analyze data to provide actionable insights and inform business decisions
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
* Experience with CRM administration tools and PowerBI, preferably with Veeva Systems knowledge
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English and French, with good command of German
