Senior / Expert System Network Engineer Position
This permanent position requires an experienced Senior / Expert System Network Engineer to join our client's team.
* The successful candidate will work on varied and diverse tasks as a system engineer.
* Key responsibilities include developing and operating a Swiss Private Cloud network environment.
* Design and implementation of data center solutions using Cisco technologies.
* Creativizing concepts and implementing projects with a focus on Cisco data center network technologies.
* Supporting solution architects and pre-sales teams.
* Automating manual tasks to increase efficiency.
* Providing 2nd/3rd level Operations support, including on-call duties and operational documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent training in the network area (CCNP desirable).
* Several years of professional experience in Cisco data center network technologies.
* Additionally, expertise in virtualization, servers, storage, backup, or VMware Cloud Foundation is an advantage.
* Pursuing knowledge of new technologies and trends.
* Team-oriented personality with excellent customer interaction skills.
* Reliable, autonomous working attitude with a solution-focused approach.
* Proficient German language skills and good English communication abilities.
