Job description
As a Department Manager, you will be an integral part of the Inditex corporate image. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will set an example for your team by managing the department to company standards, working closely with the regional team to achieve store goals and support the entire team.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
* Manage the department independently.
* Optimize commercial and visual aspects.
* Monitor key performance indicators and improve sales performance/productivity.
* Achieve budget targets.
* Manage human resources (selection, planning, development, training).
* Customer and service orientation (quality customer experience, encouraging excellence).
* Team planning based on sales and needs.
* Administrative management, health and safety (section and store).
