Your Tasks Interface and coordination of component repairs between Pilatus customer service and external suppliers/internal repair
Check repairs quotations carefully and communicate any price adjustments to the Exchange Pool Manager
Create repair orders and booking goods in SAP
Supplier management, which includes KPI creation and discussion, TAT monitoring, delivery deadlines, performance monitoring, etc.
Continuous monitoring of the exchange pool and close coordination with exchange pool managers and material planning
