Job Responsibilities
1. Plan, execute, and monitor CX digital projects.
2. Implement content updates to the ST web ecosystem.
3. Manage project timelines and deliveries.
4. Identify and mitigate project risks.
5. Create project documentation and presentations.
6. Check digital web page quality.
7. Analyze digital performance data and make recommendations.
8. Guide cross-functional teams to deliver towards agreed plans.
Requirements
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1). French, Italian, Japanese, Chinese are a plus.
2. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience with project management tools.
6. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
7. Understanding of customer experience principles.
8. Experience in digital marketing or related field.
9. Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
