Job Description
We're hiring a ServiceNow Consultant to join our Governance and Service Management Team in Lausanne.
This role involves leading scoping, design, development, and implementation activities across client projects to deliver world-class ServiceNow based solutions.
Your Role
* Lead requirements, scoping, and design workshops to ensure well-documented requirements.
* Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to the implementation team.
* Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and constraints.
* Recognize opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
* Maintain focus on client satisfaction and expectation.
* Participate in workshops with customers to understand customer gaps and establish future solutions.
* Design and deliver ServiceNow Solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success using ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
* Plan and coordinate all phases of testing and test acceptance; design and oversee development of testing-related work products; lead test remediation cycles.
* Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert.
Your Skills
* More than 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
* Proven experience in consulting/professional services and technical delivery.
* A proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform on time and on budget.
* Strong expertise in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS, and Angular JS: Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets, and UI Pages.
* Deep understanding of key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions, including Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, etc.
* Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4).
* Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
* Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM), Service Mapping (CIS-SM), Discovery (CIS-Discovery), and Event Management (CIS-EM) is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English. German is a plus.
