Solution Manager
This is a full-time position (100%) with a one year contract and the possibility to extend. The start date is as soon as possible or within your notice period. Remote/Home Office is possible. Travel: max. 10%.
Responsibilities:
* Establishment of a structured and consistent approach for continuous solution integration testing of diagnostic solutions in suitable solution environments that closely align with the customer environment
* Assessment of the need and best approach for solution integration testing based on product/project roadmaps in the different solution areas
* Together with the project teams involved, test strategies for solution integration are defined to ensure that the expected benefits are achieved and our solution offerings are implemented smoothly
* Lead a cross-functional team to organize and conduct solution integration tests for all/relevant components of a defined solution and tracking and coordination of milestones in implementation
* Advocate for solution-driven thinking, with a focus on improving the overall solution and customer experience in all strategic discussions
* Work closely with product development, business teams, and cross-functional experts to develop strategic guidelines, assess the feasibility of solutions, advance their implementation, and ensure they can be effectively tested and integrated
* Design and manage agreements between parties, outline system dependencies and development considerations, and develop project plans to realize solutions
* Correction of deficiencies discovered as a result of solution integration tests in a cooperative approach across different LCTs/BAs
* Definition/implementation of innovative approaches for solution integration tests from a technical, process and operational perspective
* Contribute to strategic architectural decisions by providing expert knowledge on solution integration
Must Haves:
* BS/MSc in science, engineering, or a relevant area of study, ideally with a further qualification in a business-related discipline
* Approx. 5 years of experience
* Extensive experience in the diagnostics industry and/or related business areas
* Strong understanding of clinical processes within laboratories to position all benefits of the products and the way the portfolio adds value to the business/customer
* Experience in project management and customer experience definition
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Ability to lead by influence, demonstrate effectiveness, drive decisions, and account for results
* Ability to resolve conflicts and adapt to change
* Effective in driving results and achieving team goals
* Collaborative attitude, networked thinking
* Experience in Stakeholder Management
Nice to Have:
* MBA
* More than 5 years of experience
* Successfully launched and managed multiple products in the IVD domain
