Napapijri is looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Sales Field to join our Napapijri team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role
With a reporting line to the Director, Wholesale & Strategic Accounts, the Sr Manager, Sales Field is accountable for inspiring, leading and driving the direct sales force and/or sales agencies to drive sales and execute against goals in a seamless brand experience across the different market's touchpoints.
How You Will Make a Difference
1. Align with the Brand Vision to develop and communicate a multi-year vision and growth strategy for all involved accounts. Communicate a vision for the customer experience, breadth of services and standards that provides a competitive advantage for the Brand and delivers a high service quality and connection to customers
2. Effectively manage the agencies and their account profitability to grow within budgeted cost parameters
3. Strong partnership with the senior team across all disciplines, influence the development of all aspects of the Field Account proposition including product assortment, allocation, visual look, marketing/promotions
4. Provide perspective on market, store and product opportunities that will further accelerate the growth. Maintain awareness of market trends and monitoring the competition
5. Develop and communicate a compelling and inspired vision that will drive teams to deliver their best to meet and exceed business objectives and goals
6. Build relationships in each field key account and leverage the appropriate level of contact with VF and Napapijri senior management
7. Accountable for leading, developing and driving plans, actions and decisions that deliver sales growth and grows margin and profit for the brand
8. Lead team to evolve productivity through accelerating top line growth, improving gross margins, managing expenses and building efficiencies in central support costs
9. Build and foster effective and healthy relationships with direct reports and agencies business partners that results in confidence, morale and spirit within the team
10. Role model people leadership and development; provide guidance and development to direct reports on business goals and development plans
Skills for Success
11. Minimum of 5 years sales / key account management or similar experience in Fashion Industries at similar level.
12. Deep knowledge or understanding of the industry and its values.
13. Experience with and understanding of fashion consumers
14. Skill in crafting and maintaining mutual strategic plans and frequently measuring execution, whilst creating exceptional customer relationships at all levels
15. Analytical and strategic, with the ability to see the strength of using facts for decisions
16. High energy, goal oriented and driven individual who is great at getting things done
17. University degree in business with sales focus or equivalent
