Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance and Administrative Coordinator to join our company in Valais, Switzerland. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance
* Manage financial operations using Winbiz accounting software.
* Invoice clients, process expenses, and follow up on payments.
* Coordinate with external accountants and fiduciaries for auditing and VAT purposes.
* Process payroll and ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws.
* Prepare and submit financial reports.
Administration
* Organize office logistics and maintain a tidy workspace.
* Support HR functions, including contract drafting, onboarding, and time tracking.
* Register employees for insurance and handle claims.
* Ensure compliance with Swiss HR regulations.
* Procure materials and manage vendors.
Communication and Events
* Assist with internal and external communications, including emails, presentations, and newsletters.
* Coordinate events, such as meetings, exhibitions, and visits.
* Maintain contact lists and create visual materials.
* Liaise with service providers for event logistics.
IT Coordination
* Act as a liaison between our company and the external IT service provider.
* Set up new user accounts and email addresses.
* Manage access to internal tools and cloud platforms.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Ease day-to-day tech operations in the office.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar finance/administration role in Switzerland.
* Strong understanding of Swiss HR, insurance, and labor law compliance.
* Proficiency in Winbiz accounting software or equivalent.
* Experience with digital tools, cloud systems, and Excel.
* Event support and internal communication experience is a plus.
