YOUR ROLE
In the role of Beauty Advisor, you will represent Dufry in the area of perfume & cosmetics. You are service-oriented and friendly with a fresh and welcoming approach to assist our international customers during their shopping experience. Your strong communication skills allow you to engage in a confident, professional, and competent manner.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
A Charlotte Tilbury Travel Beauty Expert serves as the beating heart of our travel retail spaces. Operating within the dynamic environment of airports and travel hubs, you play a pivotal role in bringing our magic to customers. Your mission is to empower travelers to embrace their beauty, fostering the confidence to pursue their dreams. This entails leveraging your adept artistry talents alongside extensive product expertise, fostering meaningful connections with customers on their journeys. Embracing inclusivity, you tailor your approach to cater to the diverse needs of our global clientele.

REQUIREMENTS
* Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy or a similar training in the make-up/beauty sector.
* You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
* You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen – and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury – and are not afraid to spread the word.
* Ideally, you will have experience in applying makeup and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs.
* You champion positivity – and can think in a limitless way that makes your energy shine.
* You receive constructive feedback in a positive manner and put suggested actions easily into motion.
* You are required to be flexible to work on a shift basis, including both early and late shifts.
* You will be required to undergo a Criminal Reference Check as the store is airside in the departures lounge. This will be discussed in more detail at the interview stage.
