About the Role
We're seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Expert to join our in-house HR Systems and Processes team. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing various SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding, Talent and Performance Management.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless integration across different modules and HR functions.
* Participate in the full system lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, training, and post-launch support.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors users, ensuring optimal system performance.
* Work closely with the HR team and key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
* Assist in creating system documentation, including user guides and process flows.
* Support the development and management of HR reports and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud.
* Conduct training sessions for HR staff and other end users to ensure proficiency in using the SuccessFactors platform.
Requirements
* Proven experience in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
* Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance reviews, and talent development.
* Practical experience in system integration, configuration, and testing within SAP SuccessFactors.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with HR and IT teams.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
* Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in using SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting and data visualization is a strong advantage.
