The Job
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Retention Marketing Manager to lead and grow our retention programs, including email, SMS, and membership initiatives.
This role focuses on building, implementing, and refining a comprehensive retention strategy to improve key metrics and drive revenue growth.

The Opportunity
* Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & CRM to develop, implement, and optimize retention marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals In partnership with Brand Managers, plan and execute all email, SMS, and membership campaigns, including brand promotions and automated flows
Audience Segmentation & Insights
* Utilize Customer Data Platform (CDP) to segment audiences for personalized, targeted content Report retention insights and campaign performance metrics to stakeholders
Content Creation & Optimization
* Oversee the development of engaging, brand-aligned email and SMS content Foster a culture of experimentation through A/B testing across all channels
Program Monitoring & Analysis
* Regularly analyze campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement based on data insights Provide actionable audience insights to inform retention strategies
Growth & Compliance
* Develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain a healthy subscriber list and increase membership adoption Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and customer data management systems
Technology Proficiency
* Expertise in Klaviyo, Attentive, and other email marketing and automation platforms Proficiency in customer data management and CDPs Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for email template customization
Skills
