Job Responsibilities: Oversee office maintenance and handle procurement.
Coordinate team meetings, travel arrangements, reception duties, and event organization.
Translate documents between Chinese and English.
Facilitate IT coordination between the service provider and HQ IT team.
Provide general office support as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: University degree
Character: Honest, reliable, efficient, diligent, and proactive. Able to endure challenges, take responsibility, and work with passion. Strong team spirit is essential.
Experience: Good communication skills and adaptability to a multicultural work environment. Beginners are welcome; relevant experience is a plus.
Language Skills: Native Chinese speaker. Proficiency in English as the working language. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
PC Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Residence: Zurich or surrounding areas.
Start Date: ASAP.
Compensation: Negotiable based on qualifications.
