Role Summary
This role is responsible for driving participation at global events, managing event development, and delivering high-value experiences to customers and prospects. A growth-oriented individual will work with marketing and business leaders to create seamless and memorable experiences.
The successful candidate will be focused on:
* Event program development and management
* Event content and communication
* New opportunity identification and program optimization
To achieve these goals, the candidate will:
1. Design and implement comprehensive event programs aligned with business objectives and target audience needs
2. Deliver ongoing calendar key milestones and program updates
3. Apply best-in-class project management to ensure a consistent planning process for executing strategic goals and timely accomplishment of tasks
4. Manage the creation of content and toolkits to amplify the event program
5. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization
6. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
7. Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing programs
8. Participate in sales efforts and have direct customer contact, collecting and consolidating VOC and seller/field feedback to incorporate into customer and event programs
We are looking for a candidate with:
* A minimum of 5-7 years' international experience in events, marketing, communications, or project management
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related curriculum
* Project management skills to manage multiple projects and schedules
* An ability to collaborate and work internationally, with international marketing experience preferred
* Excellent written and spoken English language skills
