Your next challenges include: Defining and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with Group strategies, priorities, and targets. Leading product creation according to PCP-PC 2.0, overseeing a cross-functional project team while ensuring program leadership alignment with PGM/PJM. Taking overall responsibility for product maintenance and elimination processes under PCP-PM & PE 2.0, leading cross-functional teams involved in PCM and PE activities. Coordinating and guide stakeholders to achieve milestones and budgets, ensuring alignment and progress across all stages of development. Preparing and overseeing detailed product requirement specifications, ensuring market expectations and internal value chain needs are met. Managing and controlling costs throughout the value chain while ensuring quality standards are consistently met and improved. We Elevate...
