We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Consultant with strong technical expertise to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our digital transformation initiatives and play a crucial role in our ongoing projects within the claims area.
Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Guidewire applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Participate in complex development tasks for insurance products, including the creation of features and stories.
Collaborate with business and IT departments to specify and develop customized customer solutions.
Analyze business requirements and configure/parameterize them within the Guidewire software, focusing on ClaimCenter and its integration with front-end and back-end systems.
Conduct functional and technical reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Ensure uninterrupted operations and smooth functioning of systems, including supporting the CI/CD stack and overseeing production deployments.
Qualifications:
Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent experience.
Experience in implementing business requirements through application configuration, agile application development, and full CI/CD stack implementation.
Guidewire certification (Gosu and GW data model knowledge is a plus).
Understanding of agile frameworks, specifically SCRUM or SAFe.
Familiarity with monitoring metrics (e.g., Dynatrace, Appdynamics, Prometheus/Grafana) and logging tools (e.g., ELK, Splunk).
Independent, solution-oriented, with high-quality awareness and a structured approach.
Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in French is a plus.
