User Experience Researcher
About the role at CXSD: You will join an international team of over 50 researchers and designers dedicated to bringing customer voice to core decisions. The team mission is to scale usability testing practice, automate processes, identify key partners, and train usability methods.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead various usability tests using A/B testing, unmoderated usability tests, and VR concept testing.
* Ensure usability testing quality with the right tools and processes.
* Collaborate with project teams for usability studies.
* Translate UX research into efficient User Experiences.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
* Advocate for accessibility, quality, and usability.
* Support team members on usability testing process and methods.
Qualifications:
* BSc in Science, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Factors Engineering, or related technical field.
* 4 years of experience in similar role.
* Experience with formative evaluation methods, including usability testing.
* Experience collecting and analyzing data.
* Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively.
* Knowledge about automation tools for usability testing.
General information:
* Team size: Approximately 50 members.
* Travel: Less than 10%.
* Working hours: Standard.
Nice to haves:
* Experience in medical field usability studies.
* Knowledge of managing testing participant databases.
* Proficiency in other languages.
