About the Job
The Interim Head of Accounting will oversee and manage the accounting function within our client, an international organization located in Geneva. This role involves leading a team of 10 accounting professionals, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards and regulations, as well as leading key projects.

About You
We are looking for a highly experienced professional to fill this role. The successful candidate will have:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
* At least 10 years of accounting experience with a minimum of 5 years of team leadership experience
* Proficient knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations and French accounting standards
* Consolidation experience
* Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance
* Professional fluency in English and French (both written and spoken)
* Advanced proficiency in ERP systems
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments
