On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for an Expert IT Operator for Access Management.

Required Skills and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience
(Minimum of 5 years as a System Administrator with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory; MCSA certification is a plus)
2. 5-10 years of experience in IT Access Management within the financial industry
3. Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for process automation and reporting
4. Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions is a significant advantage
5. Solid understanding of IT security principles and regulatory standards within the financial sector
6. Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
7. Ability to work independently with high reliability, resilience, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and performance
8. Excellent customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
10. Excellent command of spoken and written English
11. In-depth understanding of the financial services industry
Key Responsibilities
12. Manage and maintain user access rights across systems, applications, and platforms, ensuring alignment with internal policies and compliance standards
13. Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory and related services, including account provisioning, de-provisioning, and permissions management
14. Develop, maintain, and improve PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and generate detailed access reports
15. Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
16. Ensure compliance with IT security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards related to access control
17. Monitor and respond to access-related incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions where necessary
18. Collaborate closely with IT Security, HR, and other business units to manage access lifecycle processes and role-based access controls
19. Participate in access reviews, audits, and certifications, providing documentation and evidence as required
20. Contribute to internal process improvements and best practices for access governance and identity lifecycle management
21. Provide expert-level support to internal users and stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert in access management-related topics
