Job Description:
As part of increasing the activity of one of our clients, we are looking for a Safety, Quality and Security Manager with experience in air traffic control: radar visualization, flight plan management systems, and decision-support tools for air traffic controllers.
* Main mission:
* Managing our Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27.001:2022 standards.
* Take ownership of the implementation of EASA regulatory standards for the DPO certification.
* Lead continuous improvement measures to increase efficiency.
* Advocate a horizontal Quality and Safety culture among the processes through ongoing coaching, training, and promotion of internal quality processes and safety culture.
* Manage Quality Assurance to ensure that quality standards are achieved.
* Perform Internal audits ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
* Participate in consulting missions as an expert on software assurance and safety in the field of air traffic management.
* Lead a team of 3 quality engineers, organize the workload, and take responsibility for delivery dates while following up on the implementation of the company's strategic objectives regarding quality, software assurance, safety, and security.

* You have strong analytical skills, allowing you to understand user needs and translate them into clear requirements for the development team.
* You are adaptable, self-driven, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team.
* You are organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage your time effectively.
* You demonstrate resilience under pressure and are flexible in your approach.
* Mandatory technical skills:
* Knowledge of Integrated Management systems.
* Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001; EN9100 is an added value.
* Past exposure to EASA certification in Aerospace Industries.
* You have a high analytical capacity and are adaptable, autonomous, rigorous, and service-oriented.
* You have significant experience in managing projects within your domain of expertise.
* Experience in the Aerospace Industry or Air Traffic Control domain is mandatory.
* Experience with standards such as ED-153, ED-109, or DO-178 and DO-254 is mandatory.
* You have a high resistance to stress and are flexible.
* Practical experience with Agile development methodologies.
* Fluent written and spoken English is required; French is a plus.
* Willingness to travel in Switzerland and internationally.
* Prior experience:
* You have at least 8 years of experience in Air Traffic Management or other safety-critical domains.
* Experience as a manager in Safety, Quality, and Security management of the quality department.
* Experience with software development processes in a safety-critical environment.
* Knowledge of EASA certification in Aerospace Industries.
* Language requirements:
* Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
