This is a Communications Officer position based in Fribourg, working 100% onsite.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and create engaging communications materials, including press releases, blog posts, and social media content
* Promote communications materials through relevant social channels
* Analyze campaign performance and provide reports on successes and areas for improvement
* E nsure all communications and marketing material align with brand standards
* Collaborate with the communications team to design and execute strategic communications plans
* Respond to media inquiries and establish relationships with publications to secure brand placements
* Establish protocols for managing communication crises when necessary
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in communications or marketing
* Understanding of best practices for major social media platforms
* Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and accurate content
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Effective time management and multitasking abilities
* Knowledge of communications, public relations, and marketing principles
* Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for improvement
* Resourcefulness and initiative, even with minimal direction
* Fluency in French and English
