Job Description
To enable the creation of project documentation, collaboration with other teams is essential. This ensures that projects proceed in a timely and controlled manner.
* Generation of Production orders in ERP system (GPM) and associated documents
* Generation of Label Print orders in ERP system (Clinical Labelling system) and associated documents
* Participation in pre-operations meetings to discuss and resolve technical specifications and operational challenges of new projects at an early stage
* Attendance at close-out meetings to review project success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Management of online operational issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations
* Understanding and adherence to all relevant Thermo Fisher Standard Operating Procedures
* Acting as SME for ERP system (GPM) users in the Client Services department, ensuring prompt investigation and resolution of GPM issues in conjunction with GPM super users and IT department
* Management of documentation administration tasks to facilitate the documentation process
* Identification of opportunities for process improvements to enhance and revise Thermo Fisher Standard Operating Procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, preferably in pharma or commercial environment
* Organizational talent, motivation, and independence
* Excellent grammar and writing skills
* Proficient computer skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good written and spoken English knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in pharma industry, commercial operations, quality, and GMP skills
* Experience in technical writing
* Customer service experience
