For our international Headquarter based in Ecublens, to support our Digital transformation and ERP program, we are currently looking to hire a person for the role of:
IT Business Analyst Supply Chain & Manufacturing
Ecublens, Switzerland • Permanent contract • As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation and parametrization of ERP Process (Supply Chain & Operations) and their deployment.
* Contribute to build the LEMO Group standard process, partnering with LEMO departments to understand their business process needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
* Analyze and deliver business process improvement initiatives by either managing some components of large initiatives or all components of medium-sized initiatives.
* For nominated projects, interface with end-users and all levels of management to translate business requirements into appropriate IT-related specifications (functional specifications).
* Analyze workflow to create and isolate areas of potential improvement.
* Ensure collaboration with the functional/business process Workstream teams regarding ongoing development.
* Gain expertise in configuring ERP solutions from external ERP vendor consultants.
* Promote usage of Global standard functionalities, ensuring consistency of ERP configuration in all worldwide LEMO units.
* Support ERP Process documentation, testing, and cutover activities, ensuring adherence to design and systems security standards.
* Participate in the elaboration and evolution of our solution architecture and governance processes within the application department.
* Perform analytical assignments as required by IT management, particularly in areas of difficulty and critical needs.
Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, ideally with 5 to 10 years’ experience of ERP processes within an industrial environment.
* Certified in at least one of the following processes: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality.
* Be a reference to our standard business processes and solutions, acting as an ambassador of them within the company.
* Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Cloud or Oracle e-Business Suite on premises, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle True Cloud Method (TCM).
* Good communication skills in English and French, capable of building long-term professional relationships, and the ability to lead workshops.
