RESPONSIBILITIES
The Social Media Expert will be responsible for strengthening the brand’s digital presence through strategic social media campaigns and digital activations.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute 360-degree digital campaigns
* Establish and manage a structured content calendar, ensuring alignment with the global marketing strategy
* Utilize social media management tools to schedule, monitor, and optimize daily posts
* Enhance brand visibility across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging
* Effectively coordinate cross-market projects, particularly in key regions
* Lead live event activations, maximizing audience engagement through digital storytelling
* Develop and implement social media campaigns guided by data-driven KPIs
* Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external creative agencies (video production, photography, motion design, etc.)
* Deliver detailed reports and insights on social media campaign performance
* Analyze campaign effectiveness, extract actionable insights, and identify areas for optimization
* Keep track of emerging digital and social media trends, identifying innovative opportunities for the brand
YOUR PROFILE
* Minimum 3 years of experience in digital communication within the luxury sector
* Prior experience in a digital agency is an asset
* Strong passion for the luxury industry and digital innovation
* Expertise in managing both organic and paid social media campaigns
* Experience working with Asian social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, LINE, etc.)
* Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data ecosystems and transforming them into strategic actions
* Ability to create compelling brand content tailored for different platforms and audiences
* Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
* Creativity and adaptability, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
* Proficiency in Sprinklr (or similar social media listening and content management systems)
* Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
* Fluent in English and French
