In this role, the Commercial Operations Manager for the EMEA region will act as the vital communication link between hospital pharmacies/distributors and the organization, overseeing the urgent sales order processing of Zolgensma in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Commercial Operations EMEA. You will be responsible for fostering relationships with both external and internal stakeholders to enhance commercial operations, ensuring efficient communication and support for our customers while effectively managing the sales order process.

Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders to facilitate commercial activities
2. Ensure smooth communication and support for customers
3. Manage the triage of emails and inquiries related to Zolgensma both internally and externally
4. Coordinate with Supply Chain Operations and Logistics & Distribution to initiate supply processes upon order receipt
5. Generate and manage sales orders in SAP
6. Monitor order status, document requests, and the creation of automatic purchase orders
7. Provide updates on delivery timelines to hospitals and distributors
8. Submit electronic invoices for specific countries via the online platform
9. Collaborate closely with finance teams located in Prague and Zurich
10. Create, update, and manage standard operating procedures, work instructions, and best practices
11. Ensure compliance with all Ethics, Risk & Compliance policies and oversee key processes
Candidate Profile
1. Degree from a business school or a scientific background (biology, pharmacy, or medical degree)
2. Fluent in English
3. Strong analytical and communication abilities
4. Proven capability to collaborate across teams
5. Experience working above country level
6. Background in supply chain or operations management
