Batgroup was created to reinforce our primary mission: the fight against the Black Market and making sure that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurance that they should benefit from. Within the Batgroup we have a variety of identities that we provide, allowing a large assortment of services from booking a cleaning through Batmaid, to hiring their house cleaning employee through Batsoft.

For this reason, we are looking for a versatile and hands-on Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team in Lausanne, Switzerland.
What would you be responsible for?
1. Editorial Leadership:
Develop and oversee the annual editorial calendar.
2. Manage weekly social media posts across platforms to maintain brand consistency and engagement.
3. Content Creation & Campaign Support:
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to create compelling content for Meta and Google Ads.
Manage Meta Ads campaigns and craft engaging organic content for Social Media to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
4. Print and Outdoor Media:
Monitor and coordinate print content, including billboards and other materials.
5. Influencer & Media Relations:
Identify and engage with influencers, media outlets, and brand advocates to amplify brand reach and credibility.
6. Event & Creative Content:
Create attention-grabbing content for events to drive foot traffic and brand interest.
What would you ideally bring to the table?
1. Experience:
3+ years in a Marketing & Content Coordinator or similar role.
2. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
3. Core Competencies:
o Copywriting: Strong copywriting skills for email reactivation campaigns and promotional content.
o Influencer Management: Proven experience in collaborating with influencers and ensuring successful partnerships.
o Media Relations: Experience working with traditional media (e.g., TV, radio).
o Social Media & Ads Proficiency:
Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
Proficiency in creating engaging Social Media content.
4. Event Expertise:
Skilled at creating content for events.
5. Technical Skills:
Proficient in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint (presentation skills are a must), Canva, CapCut, or equivalent video editing tools.
A keen eye for filming (with Phone, Camera) and editing social media content.
6. Language Skills:
Multilingual: Fluent in French and English (German is a plus).
7. Personal Attributes:
Creative, hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
