Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, negotiate, and issue sales and purchase contracts, including all related legal documents, ensuring corporate standards and policies.
* Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Insurance, Finance, and other teams to reflect corporate practices in contracts and legal documents.
* Provide business-oriented legal advice directly to Trading.
* Signal prospective risks and develop mitigation strategies for Trading.
* Assist Zinc Department teams with various legal matters and disputes.
* Track and maintain the internal trading system and contract files.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* BA degree in economics, law, or comparable education.
* Fluency in English (verbal and written) and good knowledge of IT applications.
* Holding a Swiss work permit or EU passport.
