Automation Engineer
Your Mission: As an Automation Engineer, you will be the innovative force behind advanced automation systems. Your role encompasses design and planning, as well as programming and cost estimation. You will collaborate with customers and suppliers to develop cutting-edge solutions that not only meet but exceed industry standards.
Your Responsibilities:
* Co-design, conceptualize, and plan sophisticated automation systems and applications for clients in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and life sciences sectors.
* Estimate costs for systems and services, and assist in preparing proposals.
* Handle hardware and software engineering, including configuration and programming for control and visualization systems.
* Test and commission the developed systems.
* Create detailed project, design, and test documentation.
* Qualify applications and systems.
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers during project implementation and support.
Your Expertise:
* Completed technical training or degree in automation, systems engineering, or a related field.
* Several years of experience programming PLC controllers, SCADA, or process control systems, preferably with SIMATIC S7, WinCC, or PCS7.
* Basic IT knowledge in server and network infrastructure.
* Familiarity with GMP project implementation in the pharmaceutical industry (qualification according to GAMP 5).
* Strong customer focus.
* Proficiency in German and English.
