What will you do
1. Responsible for GPR product family (electronic sensors & software) in the construction and infrastructure industry for various applications from hand-held, cart to vehicle mounted.
2. Responsible to serve our current GPR business as well as to seek for potential new development in close relationship with the sales team.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction (e.g., product performance, price positioning, service requirements) in close relationship with the sales team, identify opportunities, but also areas of improvement.
4. Lead ongoing product development projects as well as initiating future projects which will ensure sustainable revenue growth.
5. Train and assist sales with technical support (hands-on, webinar & events).
What do we expect
1. 5 years + experience in the field of GPR business.
2. Knowledge of GPR market, including technologies (electronics, sensors & software products), applications, and competitors. Knowing key influencers in the GPR community is a plus.
3. Engineering background (Electronics, Software or Mechanics). Experience in the construction industry and knowledge of Ground Penetrating Radar and Geopositioning is a plus.
4. Willing to travel, working closely with sales and customers, and possessing hands-on skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and fulfill the relay function between supply chain, R&D, sales & marketing.
6. Business analytical & problem-solving skills.
7. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
