About the Role
1. As Store Manager, your core area of responsibilities will be: Sales and profit - Achieving store targets through driving sales and more
2. Sales and profit: achieving store targets through driving sales
3. Customer service: delivering the finest level of customer service
4. Store operations: keeping the store running smoothly
5. Commerciality: Ensuring your store is well merchandised and commercially correct
6. Team leadership: recruiting, training, managing and providing direction and development to ensure your team are challenged and achieving results
7. Ear piercing (you will receive full training)

Qualifications - About You
13. German required (min. B2)
14. High school diploma or equivalent required
15. 1 to 2 years retail management experience
16. Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
17. Basic computer skills
18. Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
19. Understands the importance of Customer Service
20. Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve
21. Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
22. Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
23. Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers
24. Ability to operate POS system
