Aufgaben
1. Responsible for managing legal documents, including SLAs, and coordinating all onboarding processes with investors and external stakeholders, domestically and internationally.
2. Responsible for sharing and integrating investment information with offices globally.
3. Responsible for ongoing minor changes to official documents such as fact sheets, quotes, updating documents etc.
4. Responsible for entering the changes in the systems to ensure regulatory and tax correctness.
5. Updating the internal database with relevant information of all investments.
6. Managing the minutes and documents of the internal committees.
7. Situational tasks and ad hoc projects.
Qualifikation
1. KV, education as a Paralegal or Bachelor in Commercial Law.
2. Professional experience as a paralegal in a law firm with banking clients, in consulting at a Big Four firm, an asset manager, or in asset management at an insurance company or bank.
3. Analytical personality with an accurate and meticulous working style.
4. Interested in administrative activities in an international working environment.
5. Analytical, responsible person with fast perception.
6. Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
7. Skilled in using IT systems and MS-Office.
8. Fluent in German and English.
