Job Description
This role at Lonza involves managing critical 3PL Logistics Projects and driving the selection process for a strategic Logistic Service Provider.
You will integrate value-added logistic services and processes to enhance logistic operations at our Lonza site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day project tasks and resources from Lonza; log risks and issues, report regular progress against agreed measures
* Plan, develop, deliver, and track change management deliverables including communications, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment (CIA), organizational readiness analysis, coaching, resistance management, and change reinforcement
* Main point of contact for internal and external project teams; works closely with the external Project Manager
* Coordinate Project Board Meetings and phase sign-offs (acceptance criteria) with the business
* Responsible for the communications plan for the project
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Project Management, SCM, Logistics, or similar qualification
* Solid Project Management experience (preferably in Logistics projects)
* Solid work experience within the Pharmaceutical industry and its Supply Chain
* Excellent communication skills and ability to develop business relationships across functions
* Fluency in English and German
Skills:
* Advanced understanding of SAP WM/EWM
* Exceptional Stakeholder Management
* People Management Experience with and without formal authority
* Negotiation Skills
* Business Acumen and understanding of how SCM is linked to other functions like QA, Commercial, IT, etc.
* Understanding of how Logistic Service Providers work
* Basic understanding of EDI Interfaces
* Experience working and influencing decisions in a matrix organization
* Proactive attitude combined with hands-on mentality to anticipate potential challenges
