Your Role

This role requires a thoughtful, strategic approach to leadership, focused on both immediate and future outcomes.
Your Profile
1. 5 - 10 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role within a multinational matrix organization, managing direct and indirect reports
2. 5 – 10 years’ experience working in mission-critical mechanical & electrical environments within a large company, IT/Telecoms industry preferred
3. 3+ years’ experience managing a technical facilities management function
4. Understanding of maintenance governance principles
5. Certification in Change Management or Continuous Improvement methodologies (preferred).
6. Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
7. Stress-resistant; knows how to prioritize
8. Pro-active; Can-do mentality, Will delegate when appropriate
9. Proficient in English both written and verbal; German is an advantage
