For one of our clients, in the financial services sector based in Geneva, we are looking for an :
Accounting Administrative Assistant H/F
for a temporary full-time position
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:
On a daily basis:
* Help to All administration and accounting
* Invoices booking
* Invoice verification
* Bank account updating weekly and Monthly
* Payments
On a bi-weekly basis:
* Payments preparation
* Payments booking
* Payment summary update
On a monthly basis :
* Bank statement booking
* Financial report
* Entities: booking and invoices validation, update the Budget
PROFIL ATTENDU:
* Certified Accountant degrees.
* Good knowledge of accounting rules in Switzerland and France. Basic knowledge of accounting rules in the USA.
* Twenty years' experience in an Accounting position.
* Excellent business presence.
* Fluency in French / English / Spanish
* Relevant education needed to perform the Executive Assistant duties
