Typical Profile:
6 to 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance or equivalent.
Strong track record of origination in either M&A or FIG coverage environment.
Strong sector knowledge and established client relationships, especially in Iberia and with banks, insurers, and specialized financial services.
Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to gain client trust and generate revenues.
Strong reputation in FIG M&A and ECM with clients and the external community.
Core Responsibilities:
Marketing Suggest marketing initiatives.
Responsible for pitch books with minimal supervision from MD/D.
Prepare outline and draft key sections.
Supervise and check preparation of other sections.
Coordinate meetings with potential clients alongside senior bankers.
Deliver full presentations to clients professionally.
Maintain long-term follow-up with clients.
Execution Manage day-to-day execution of deals.
Act as project leader with support from MD/D depending on deal size.
Handle complex processes and challenging structures.
Interact daily with clients, project managers, and deal captains at other advisors.
Supervise preparation of all materials, including models and valuations.
Review all materials thoroughly.
Project Management Prepare internal procedures (committees, mandates).
Organize work processes for the full team and manage workloads of junior members.
Spot issues timely and propose solutions.
Keep MD/D informed about progress and bottlenecks.
