We are currently looking for a Team Leather Project Manager for one of our clients based in Switzerland.
Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of 5 internal and external staff.
2. Formulate project plans for assigned development projects, considering internal and external efforts, stakeholders, cost objectives, schedules, and resource requirements.
3. Manage requirements at the department level, ensuring compliance with internal and certification processes.
4. Collaborate with diverse internal interdisciplinary stakeholders across all levels.
5. Provide regular project status reporting.
6. Support continuous improvements to project management and requirement management tools and processes.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in aeronautical/mechanical/electrical engineering and multiple years of relevant experience in aerospace or aircraft development programs, possibly in a program/project manager position.
2. Proven success managing small to medium-sized multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex projects is advantageous.
3. Experience with requirement development, tracking, and validation using DOORS.
4. Familiarity with EASA CS-23 or FAA FAR-23 regulations, SAE ARP4754 and ARP4761 as well as complex electronic hardware and/or software development (DO-254, DO-178) will be an advantage.
5. Fluency in English (C1) with good communication skills.
6. Desirable: Fluent in German.
7. Open-minded and self-driven personality with the willingness to explore new grounds in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
