Leadership Role for Hematology and Oncology Commercial Strategy
Main Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled leader to drive sales management and marketing initiatives for H/O Brands within Switzerland.
* Sales Leadership:
Manage key account managers to achieve sales objectives, develop tailored strategies, and expand market share in the Swiss market.
* Marketing and Brand Management:
Collaborate with regional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement in Switzerland.
* Relationship Building:
Become a brand ambassador by building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in Switzerland to drive business growth.
* Team Development:
Foster a high-performance culture by providing leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
* Proven experience in sales management and marketing within the pharma industry in Switzerland & H/O preferred.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
* Fluency in English and German/French/Italian (as applicable), both written and spoken.
