Business Development Manager - Immigration Services
The Background
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to promote and up-sell our immigration services to corporate clients across Switzerland.
The Role
1. Develop new business relationships within assigned territories to maximize sales opportunities.
2. Create and implement action plans to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.
3. Navigate industry forums to identify sales opportunities and promote our services.
4. Analyse selling situations and develop client-focused solutions.
5. Built long-term relationships with target accounts through consultative sales approaches.
6. Collaborate with other divisions to ensure operational requirements are met.
7. Anticipate, plan, and manage sales processes for client acquisition and participate in marketing activities.
The Person
1. A proven track record of successful sales or business development experience.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Fluent English and German language skills are essential.
