Job Description:
This is a key role where the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to retailers and customers on an independent basis.
The tasks involved include managing, entering, and processing all incoming orders while ensuring timely completion and shipping. Collaboration with the sales force, regional offices, and internal departments is also crucial in this position.
The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance daily processes. They will also handle claims and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar international B2B role
* Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Experience with common ERP systems in order management
* Strong IT affinity
* Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently
* Flexible and independent individual with adaptability in a fast-growing environment
