MISSIONS
As part of the watch division, the Product & Training Manager actively participates in developing the Maison's watch product content and training courses, as well as coordinating the Retail Learning Department. She/he will aim to contribute to the creation of training materials and tools for the watch category in various formats.
Content creation:
1. Align and coordinate content needs for product related topics.
2. Gather and produce visual assets, product details, and know-how in collaboration with stakeholders from Merchandising, Product Development, & PR departments.
3. Create materials for all watch collections, ranging from core models to special editions and high-end pieces, aligned with the product launch calendar and High Jewelry (HJ) events.
4. Engage in significant content writing tasks, including product descriptions, storytelling elements, client benefits, etc.
5. Develop digital training content utilizing various software platforms and digitize existing content.
6. Proactively create new formats and tools.
Training :
7. Build awareness and trust around watches.
8. Contribute to define and implement the training strategy for Retail and HQ.
9. Contribute to the organization of training events.
10. Liaise with the Global Learning & Development (L&D) team in NYC, as well as with external service providers (Translation agency, Design agency, Video creation studio, etc.).
11. Lead in animating the local trainers around the world on watches.
12. Act as the voice of watches within the Global training community.
13. Monitor training KPIs, global and regional action plans.
14. Measure the impact of training on sales performance and motivation.
15. Monitor the training budget
PROFILE
16. Higher education or masters in marketing or business
17. Bilingual level in French and English required, with excellent writing skills
18. 5-year experience - mandatory - in luxury, preferably in Jewelry or Watchmaking marketing, retail or training
19. Great product sensitivity and pronounced taste for watchmaking
20. Strong appetite for training and digital
21. Perfect mastery of the Office Pack (PowerPoint), Photoshop, and any design learning tools would be a plus.
