Job Advertisement: Project Manager - Newsletter Tool Replacement One of our clients is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the replacement of their existing Newsletter Tool. This role involves procurement analysis, system migration, and business analysis in the public sector. Key Responsibilities: Analyze requirements and develop solution proposals for the project. Manage and oversee the procurement process in compliance with public procurement regulations. Plan, execute, and monitor the migration of old systems to new ones, ensuring a seamless transition and operation. Lead and coordinate project implementation using HERMES 5.1 or higher. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure the successful adoption and integration of the new newsletter system. Required Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience in project management within the public sector. Proven experience in public procurement processes and documentation. Expertise in IT system migration and operational transition, with at least one project of CHF 500,000 in budget. Strong background in business analysis and requirements engineering. Familiarity with Swiss public administration and legal frameworks (WTO procurement regulations, data protection laws). Excellent proficiency in German (spoken & written); French is an asset. Additional Requirements: Availability to start within two months of contract award. Willingness to undergo a security clearance check. Experience delivering presentations and technical assessments. Offer & Work Conditions: Contract duration: May 2025 - October 2026 (approx. 1,140 hours). Location: Bern area or remote (with on-site meetings as required). Competitive hourly rate.
