Your Key Responsibilities
1. Led and develop a team in the field
2. Recruit new advisory representatives
3. Set sales targets and create development plans
4. Actively support the General Agent in systematic market development
5. Conduct and ensure comprehensive pension and financial advice
6. Maintain and expand your own customer portfolio
Your Strengths
1. Completed training in the insurance industry (diploma in Financial Consultant IAF or Financial Advisor eidg. FA)
2. Leadership and motivation to lead advisory representatives to success, also serving as a sales role model
3. Enthusiastic and persuasive personality with developed sales and social skills
4. High performance capacity with goal-oriented and well-organized working style
5. Communication ability paired with negotiation skills and high customer orientation
